“I began getting intuitive readings from Holly in 2010. Her accuracy is incredible. Every reading has changed my life.” --Kerrin, F., Hingham, Massachusetts
Your body doesn’t lie. The health and disease in your body tells a story about you, your life, and your deep inner struggles. I am here to give a voice to that deeper story wanting to be told. People who are drawn to schedule a reading with me often feel stuck in life and in health. The intention that I set before each reading is to help give you clarity around how you have become stuck, how to work with the stuck-time, and how to move forward in life.
In an intuitive reading with me, I am able to intuitively see personality traits and habitual tendencies unique to you. Some of the first things I see in a reading are your Five Element constitution and how you relate to life and your current life circumstances. I am able to identify areas of disease in your body, pinpoint the root causes of the disease, and give practical advice for ways to work with and heal your body.
I lean heavily on my background and education as a Licensed Acupuncturist with a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine. I have found the Five Elements of Chinese medicine to be illuminating and profound in its ability to help us understand ourselves and our health.
I love helping people who don’t understand what is causing disease in their bodies. I particularly like working with people who have diseases like adrenal fatigue, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, fibromyalgia, Lyme Disease, thyroid disorders, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, autoimmune disorders, digestive disorders, insomnia, and others where the origin of the disease is unknown and there is no clear path to alleviating the symptoms.
In my own life, I have worked with adrenal fatigue, anxiety, gallbladder inflammation and insomnia for much of my adult life. I have found healing from the theories inherent in the Five Elements of Chinese medicine as well as cultivating a deep sense of acceptance for myself just as I am, and acceptance of life just as it is. When we can let go of how we think we should be and find contentment in ourselves just as we are, we begin to feel at home in our bodies.
