Virtually all people act as if they have some idea about
what love is. But few take the time to define love.
My definition of love is "an energy from the heart directed
at ones family, friends,spirits,animals,or ones self. This
energy creates a warm feeling inside
ones self and others.
In my opening of the Heart workshop that I do at gathering
around the pacific northwest, people experience this warm
wonderful energy flowing filling them with a blissful feeling.
I believe the highest vibrational pattern of loving ones
self is the key to loving others with warmth, passion and
energy. Love is power, the power of passion flowing from the
heart to ones self or others.
Lets take this power of love and change the world by being
more loving to ourselves, our family, friends, co-workers,
and community.
So this day I send my love to you the reader, may it fill
you with light.
